Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn/unused),
  • With tags attached,
  • In its original packaging, and
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, please send your item to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at ethanmagicball@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants),
  • Custom or personalised products,
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products),
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union—14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
