Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery options, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1) Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding NSW public holidays).
- Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST are processed the next business day.
- Pre-orders / backorders: If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
2) Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We use reputable carriers (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle, DHL or similar). Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch.
Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days
Australia (Express): 1–3 business days (metro)
New Zealand: 5–12 business days
USA / Canada: 7–15 business days
UK / EU: 7–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Note: Remote or regional areas may take longer. Timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
3) Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and method.
- Free shipping promos (if offered) will be applied as shown at checkout and may exclude bulky or heavy items.
4) Tracking & Notifications
- You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking (where available).
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after pickup.
5) Authority to Leave & Signature
- Authority to Leave (ATL): If you select ATL, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place. Risk passes on delivery.
- Signature on Delivery: If available and selected, someone must be present to sign.
6) Delivery Issues
- Delays: Weather, customs, strikes, peak seasons or carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control.
- Incorrect address: Please contact us immediately at ethanmagicball@gmail.com if you made a mistake. If an order ships to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery costs may apply.
- Returned to Sender (RTS): If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, refusal, or incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage applies) or a refund less original shipping (and any return fees charged by the carrier), in line with our Returns Policy.
- Lost or missing: If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), email ethanmagicball@gmail.com and we’ll lodge an inquiry with the carrier.
- Damaged on arrival: Please email clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item within 48 hours of delivery to ethanmagicball@gmail.com so we can assist.
7) International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may attract customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees charged by your local authority. These are payable by you and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Customs clearance may cause delays. We cannot change declared values or mark items as gifts.
8) Risk, Title & Split Shipments
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address (or safe place if ATL). Title passes when we receive full payment.
- We may ship items separately at no extra charge if it helps your order arrive sooner.
9) Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to countries, regions, or PO Boxes where our carriers do not deliver or where restrictions apply to specific products (e.g. oversized/regulated items).
- Parcel lockers and PO Boxes are supported only where the selected carrier allows.
10) Changes or Cancellations
- Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact ethanmagicball@gmail.com as soon as possible—if it hasn’t been packed, we’ll do our best.

- Return parcels should be addressed to: [RETURN ADDRESS] (contact us first for approval and instructions).
12) Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there’s a problem with your goods, contact us and we’ll help with the appropriate remedy.
